Michael demonstrates the difference between a seatbelt in Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. He also walks through how Eric executes this ankle pick and compares it to episode 62 when Craig Jones taught his ankle pick from the Russian tie.
*FYI - I usually do not recommend switching from a single leg to a seatbelt grip in attempts to finish the takedown as this opens up a deep whizzer for your opponent. In the heat of a match though, this sometimes does happen, and you should know what to do when you have a seatbelt.
